The Hybrid Games Launches Community-Focused Gym Affiliation Program

The Hybrid Games is thrilled to unveil its brand-new Gym Affiliation Program, designed to empower and reward the gyms and online fitness coaches who are the backbone of the fitness community. This initiative launches ahead of our third annual event and is deeply rooted in our core value: giving back to those who make our community thrive.

Limited to the first 50 gyms, the program offers exclusive benefits and direct support from The Hybrid Games team. Affiliated gyms will receive expert guidance on creating race day training classes, access to official simulation days, and entry into a brand-new, points-based rewards system.

How It Works

• Earn Points, Get Rewards: Gyms earn points by hosting simulation days and selling event tickets. For example, hosting a 100-person sim day or selling 100 tickets earns 100 points—each point equals £1 in credit.
• Redeem for Equipment & More: At year’s end, points can be redeemed for erg machines, gym equipment, race day tickets, THG merchandise, and other fitness essentials.
• Community-Driven: This program is not just another financial commitment—it’s a genuine partnership. We’re committed to helping gyms invest back into their own communities and enhance the athlete experience.

To make the program even more accessible, applications are open until December 2026. The first round of affiliated gyms will receive a 15-month subscription for the price of 12.
