Individual, Team, Ruck & Ultra formats set to redefine functional fitness.

12 November, Manchester, UK – DEKA, the innovative fitness brand from the creators of Spartan™, is excited to announce DEKA FIT Manchester, a premier indoor fitness event designed to challenge strength, endurance, and power. Taking place at the iconic Manchester Central on 25–26 July 2026, this two-day spectacle will unite athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and challengers from across the UK and beyond for an unforgettable celebration of movement, competition, and community.

What is DEKA FIT?
DEKA is the world’s most engaged functional fitness community, and its FIT format is far from an ordinary race. Participants will face a high-intensity course featuring 10 standardised Functional Zones, each preceded by a 500m run, totalling 5km. Every zone is engineered to push athletes to their limits across strength, endurance, and power.

Not keen on going solo?
Grab a partner and take on the challenge together! DEKA FIT Teams return to Manchester, delivering faster times, bigger energy, and a shared sense of achievement. Two athletes. One course. One goal: Earn Your Mark – together.

New for Manchester:

• DEKA Ruck – complete the course with a weighted rucksack for an extra test of grit.
• DEKA FIT Ultra – making its UK debut, this elevated format pushes boundaries with five laps of the 10-zone course, creating a next-level endurance challenge.

DEKA welcomes all fitness levels – from Elites and Age Groups to Youth and Adaptive athletes – with heats designed for everyone. For DEKA, every day is training day, every weekend is game day, and global events are a celebration of shared passion for fitness.
